Ashley Zerilli
Owner/Master Stylist
As the proud owner of Salon Amara, Ashley has had a passion for hair since a very young age.  She has been able to turn this passion into a career that she loves, and over the last 22 years her growing career has led her to different salons in the Cape Ann area and Boston.   This has provided her with a wealth of education and skills that can be seen in her work, both in her business and as a hairstylist. Ashley is a perfectionist, master of her craft and has an eye for detail that shines through in the results of her work.  She takes great pride in her work and in making sure that every guest’s needs are met. Ashley aims to make sure that each client has an unforgettable experience and leaves the salon feeling beautiful and confident.

Ashley is not accepting new clients at this time. 

 Kat Pierce
Master Stylist
Kat has been in the beauty industry for more than 17 years.  Ever since Kat was a little girl she always had a passion for hair and makeup. “It’s incredibly rewarding making people look and feel good.” Doing hair is her favorite thing to do. For Kat hair has always been a feeling. 
Kat takes her education very seriously. Whether Kat is traveling to New York, Rhode Island, Boston or doing online education, she is always staying focused on the latest trends. Kat has a true passion for blondes. She takes great pride in being a blonding specialist. Blonding, coloring, cutting and styling are where it’s at for her. Kat brings a lot to Salon Amara, she has managed a team of woman who are passionate about their craft for years. Kat is grateful to plant her roots down in her hometown and create one amazing blonde at a time.

Missy Brosnan
Senior Stylist
With over 13 years of experience, Missy has a deep passion for  working with Aveda, where she has dedicated the last seven years of her career.  Specializing in Inca Glow smoothing treatments, dimensional brunettes, and vibrant reds, she truly embraces every aspect of hair design. Missy is known for her accommodating nature and is committed to providing each guest with an exceptional and memorable experience.

Amanda Pacholec
Master Stylist
Amanda, a Gloucester native, has spent over a decade working at Aveda salons across the North Shore. During that time, she became both a Master Stylist and an in-salon educator. She’s known for her precision cuts, creating natural-looking color, and seamless gray-blending techniques. Passionate about using eco-friendly, nourishing products, Amanda strives to create beautiful results that are kind to both her clients and the planet. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and their two young daughters.

Heidi Hebert
Advanced Esthetician
With a lifelong passion for skincare, Heidi has transitioned from her successful six-year career in the medical field to become an Advanced Esthetician, specializing in both age management and corrective skincare. 
Her approach combines her medical knowledge with effective skincare techniques, aimed at helping clients achieve their individual goals within their skin. Heidi thoroughly constructs personalized treatment plans, ensuring a unique and transformative experience for each and every client.
